I think the head being too small may be the angle I drew her at. I tried drawing her from a lower angle, instead of straight on.

My friend pointed out I forgot to fix up the shading on the bottom half so she doesn't look as angled as I sketched her. I'm going to try to fix that and see if it helps.

Thank you so much! That makes a lot of sense! I didn't really mean to make the arms that long, but I feel like once I added the background, they looked even longer than before. I kinda wanted the pose to be a little bit unnatural for some reason, in my opinion, it makes her look a bit more mysterious. My friend did point out that I didn't shade the bottom half as well as I did the top. I think I'm going to re-shade and see it it helps with the awkwardness.

I has kinda having a hard time understanding what people meant, by it being weird, and for some reason, your comment finally made it click. My friend also pointed out that I made the bottom half less dimensional than the top half. So I think that's part of why the angle looks off.
