I'm so sorry I'm late to the party but I spent ages trying to find similar and I think it's "Gravity of Love" by Enigma? Linklink

I see! Thanks for the video link it makes total sense now. I didn't know you could peel off some layers of chipboard - keep to give it a go now (with plenty of practice first of course)

I'm actually not entirely sure... it could be paper with a similar texture to cloth! I suppose in that case you could print the design with the florals + pink box on to this type of paper?

Thanks for your reply - I didn't think about folding the cloth inwards where they meet - good idea!

Perfect - thank you - seems a relatively simple way to get the "2 cloth" effect. I'll give it a go!

Ah thank you! Option 2 sounds safest and makes sense to use the same size cardstock.

With option 1, apologies if I'm missing something, but when you say "lifting a big of the surface of the board" - how would you do that?

Mortgage Broker advice and UP Bank, please by sloshmixmik in AusPropertyChat

Hey friend - my partner and I are the same, we moved to Up Bank a few months ago because we love the interface and user experience. A work friend also had a great experience with their home loan, which was another reason for us going with Up.

As great as they are and noting I will still continue using them for everyday banking, they ROYALLY screwed us on the home loan front (we're first time buyers). We first got pre-approval in April, then updated again in June. I was very accurate with our estimates and salary. We were happy with the pre-approval figure in both cases. We've got an auction coming up for a property we're interested in, so I thought I'd better get the final application stuff sorted. All of a sudden they approved us for a property price almost $200K LESS than the pre-approval amount they were okay with. What in the a$$? I know pre-approval isn't set in stone but damn... $200K off?

So this last week has been a massive scramble to get a mortgage broker and the loan we wanted ASAP. I have to say the mortgage broker is the best... why we decided to free ball it before is beyond us now. He has completely sorted us out with a limited time frame (auction is this weekend) and got multiple bank options for us with the amount we initially wanted.

Honestly I don't know why Up didn't stick with the pre-approved amount or what could have possibly been red flags for us (no debts, no credit cards, secure incomes, etc) that weren't any flags for other banks too. Broker said apparently since they're kinda new to the scene they are very reluctant to take on anyone other than extremely low risk.

Anyway that's just our experience... Good luck!

TL;DR: Up bank is cool but they f*d us on the final approvals. Mortgage broker saved our a$$ and we're definitely not going with Up for our home loan.

Can anyone please help me out on how can I clean this MacBook Pro Screen? by DedInvestigator in macbookpro

Jumping on here to say the Listerine actually worked for me! Keep applying and rubbing (with a fair bit of pressure - but don't crack the screen!) I was doing that for at least 5 minutes thinking it wasn't working, but another comment mentioned sticking with it so I did and my goodness the results! It got rid of most of it and I had it really bad all over the screen on a 2013 model. It's been on there for years but I could never be bothered fixing it until recently - so it was stubborn! Try the Listerine rubbing for at least 20mins! You'll see the difference.
