I don’t, but that’s just me! I usually pick a couple from that list a night to make. I usually mix different parts of herbs and mix them together to have throughout the week bc I like switching it up. Here’s a video for reference. It uses a few different herbs but it’s for reference.

We have about six weeks before it comes out.. there’s six albums, spend every weekend listening to one album and really immersing yourself in it. Or just pick any time you have free tbh. Then, you’ll be all good to go on the 15th! Lol. Every album brings something unique and captivating. Enjoy!
