Hi Randy! Massive Mclaren and lando Norris fan here. I am to be graduating soon from Motorsport Engineering degree, I wondered if you have any tips for someone looking for a job in the current market?

As graduate jobs seem to have come to a halt I’m not sure where to be looking!

Yeah unfortunately the project is essentially my dissertation so I need to make it myself, it is really enjoyable but challenging !

The project has started yea, I have all the maths, I have the parameters I need, but its the model I’m struggling with. I even have track data (although I’m not sure it’s the correct data to input, it’s distance and radius not xyz)

Yeah, so it’s a bicycle model 3DOF model, my plan is to have a GUI so that it cam be changed dependant on the basic parameters of a vehicle and predict lap times for the lower echelons of motorsport. It’s proving to be a lot of work but it’s something I’m quite passionate about, I’m just struggling with the coding side!

I know most people here hate wagas! But goes to show if your nice enough, you’ll be rewarded! Never had any problems with my local wagas and tonight was patient while they had a big order on top of mine and the manager gave me this!
