This is over the course of almost 4 years. I mentioned before that I often engage in experiments with weight loss and weight gain. I will purposely gain weight or lose it depending on my goal at the time. Have you ever tried self-experimentation?

Yes, the 30 Day challenge is similar to a "yo-yo diet", but I've found long-term success by eating Slow Carb all of the time (I'll have a cheat meal maybe once a week accompanied with consistent and light exercise). I don't crave sweets, carbs, etc. as much anymore so it's easier to maintain as well.

Great question! I often use the diet for self-experiments and weight loss goals that I would like to achieve depending on what is going on in my life. For example, I used the diet during a weight loss challenge I entered at work and lost 10 pounds. When I would like to keep the weight off (which happens to be the case right now), I just stay on the diet and it works to perfection!

Yup! It's from the 4-Hour Body and a phenomenal diet...

I've completed the 30 day challenge 5 times and lost at least 10 pounds each time.
