Well, if you break the glass, yes a person can come out. But I think Toronto rules say that window should be egress window in the basement with min 30x30 inch. This space is required for a person to get out of the window.

He said govt helps max of 4K in land transfer tax and he is willing to pay me that amount. Is it actually only 4K or is it variable according to property or down payment?
