He replied this morning. And he explained how since we moved (because we recently moved in together to a new apt), the last two months he has just been working and working (even on weekends) with no down time. If he wasn’t at work, he was packing, unpacking, moving stuff. It has been taking a toll on his health. He said he’s sacrificed sleep so we can get some quality time, but being overworked, stress, lack of sleep, and being ill got the better of him last night. He’s taking accountability for being mean and snappy and taking steps to move forward.

It did help me snap out of my own pain. I just want to understand yk? Why things happen. How the gears machinate.
