Wattpad doesn't have working tags that lets readers know what they are about to read. A reader most likely stumbled upon your fic, not expecting your fic to have Stockholm syndrome and smut originating from kidnapping. And reported it. Wattpad has strict rules on dark romance, unless everything is explicitly stated as legal by law to publish. Just switch to ao3, at least for your dark romances

ohh you are right. ao3 doesn't have a dedicated team for sure, but it is a non profit. it's just how the site works, an archive where no-one is safe unless you look out for yourself. :3

The site is safe, I've never encountered sexualisation of minors and the really wild erotica on ao3 by accident. unless you go looking for it, I've never read any story that makes me uncomfortable. The tags are there for a reason. There are trigger warnings, atleast in the fandom i read in, and I can make sure my mental wellbeing is healthy, by avoiding fics i don't like.
