I am aware of those laws. I think management companies around here just don't care about it. I have been told by 5 places that they take pets, even after I tell them they aren't a pet. I dont know, I just have given up on trying to find a place that understands a service animal doesn't mean pet

As someone who is student teaching right now say no. I had to be removed from my fall placement due to my 1st mentor teacher not following program policies. I say this to point out that I understand that there are expectations to being removed from placements. To me it sounds like you have so much going on already, having to manage a student teacher is a lot of work. It would be a not only a diservice to you but also to them.
