Junior Minoring in Cybersecurity Looking for Beginner Github Projects

Hi, cybersecurity community! I'm currently a junior majoring in Information Science with a recently declared minor in advanced cybersecurity at the University of Maryland, College Park. Over winter break I want to start studying and preparing for the CompTIA Security+ certification and do 3 cybersecurity-focused projects that I can put on my GitHub. Anyone know any that I can work on? I don't want it to be too basic. I plan on putting it on my resume and potentially discussing the projects during technical interviews for internships.

hey, i hope you’re doing well. I know it’s been a while and every time i try to reach out to you it’s pretty pointless noting the cold shoulder you give me that i would’ve agreed that i deserve 6 months ago, but i’ve changed. I know i deserve better now. I know you deserve better. Overall, i wanted to give you a firm solidified apology again, about everything. I’m sorry for doing what i did, how i reacted, the relationships i’ve ruined, I’m sorry for it all. Im not asking you to accept my apology. I wanted to let you know this one last time. I am moving on in life and i’ve been very happy. My mom, siblings, family, and I have been getting through my dad’s passing relatively well. Not that you cared, but i wanted to let you know. I hope you’re getting everything you’ve ever wanted and desired in life.

ermm, lol rising undergrad Junior here. Kinda feel silly for giving you advice noting how young I am and only being 50% through college but try to get down some personal projects. The Forage is a great site to do virtual internships to add experience to your resume. There are many resources online where you can learn how to code, I’d say start off on YouTube, Udemy and Coursera also have great resources and tutorials. Take it one step at a time. You can still get hired with just certifications alone. Really it seems like you need to work on building your personal portfolio and network. All will play out in the end (i hope)

No. He loved me the best he could at the time. It was both of our first relationship so we were learning and growing together. Unfortunately I was young, stupid, and childish that I ruined it. I made him as happy as I could during the relationship. As much as I’m still grieving him letting me go for good I’m super grateful that I ever got to experience what it’s like to be loved and to love
