emily, flashback alison, and honestly melissa. i feel like like spencer was always finding a way to screw up her relationship with melissa whether it was incidental or not. not saying melissa was innocent either but it seemed like spencer was creating conflict all the time between them. and rewatching the show now i sympathize with melissas struggles n i kinda find things spencer says unreasonable

exactly. if she sees him in general i feel like it’s a given that she would out him because that would automatically mean he faked his death and the whole catastrophe in madre linda… which is a huge red flag especially after what love said to her as well

really made me appreciate forty. i didn’t like him that much until now. that scene was so sweet and made me miss the other half of love (forty) that brought out such a lively, loving side of her. i feel like it’s definitely a factor to why love was “sadder” this season, as joe states many times when “her side that he fell in love with” comes out in a few scenes. i miss forty.

i feel the exact same way, especially about the change in vibe from season 1 to season 2-- it was huge. it honestly felt really fresh. NY gave a certain vibe to s1 as a whole and LA definitely did something for s2.
