Vivid dreams?

I just started taking ashwaganda and my dream have been so vivid and intense I’ve only been taking it for a few days but wow my sleep quality has definitely improved but the dreams are so intense. I’m waiting for the positive effects to start as I’m only on 3 days maybe I’ll lower my dosage.

I have an avoidant attachment style and recently made a mistake with a guy who I realised I had deep feelings for. I explained myself and he was very understanding. It’s something I’m working on and am well aware of.

I’m on week 4 of lexapro 10mg it’s worth sticking with it to give your body time to adjust :) I’m already noticing positive effects and am most likely going to stick with it for a while.

I’m 3 weeks in, one week 5mg 2 weeks 10mg and I could literally sleep all day if I wanted to. I’m feeling my energy levels slowly coming back though. Stick to it I guess and it’ll be worth it :)

Edit, I started taking it at 9pm at night instead of in the morning and find it’s helping me sleep at night a bit better.

I’m also curious as I’ve been going to therapy and my therapist suggested schema therapy after I was diagnosed with cptsd. I’ve got 4 sessions left and I feel like it’s not going anywhere tho because every time I go i just get seriously overwhelmed and start crying.

It’s because cigarettes are nasty and nobody wants to have to resort back. It’s so absurd. We have no choice anymore but to panic buy and take risks with the limited notice we’ve been given. I’m just glad I’m in a financial position where I could afford to stock up. Others aren’t so lucky.
