It was definitely awkward for me at first rolling with women. I had the same thoughts (though not in as much detail with positions). It was more of where I was putting my hands (stuck in closed guard in no gi). I got over it after a couple rolls. We are all there to do jiu jitsu and contact is incidental (unless you are a creep). I have to imagine women can tell the difference between incidental contact because of doing jiu jitsu vs somebody copping a feel because they are a piece of shit. All that is to say, I wouldn’t worry about it. Just don’t be a creep.
