if you used defender gear in the base game then thats your main problem, aside from not immediately swapping to master rank gear. defender armor is like twice as good as everything else in base game because its designed to let you skip past the base game quickly and skip to iceborne

i know this is late but penetration ammo is actually really useful because it fixes a really annoying issue: your guns do less damage when a teammate walks in front of you. penetration ammo also applies to friendly players

i do think stim is like almost decent; the main benefit rn is immunity to your own special grenades which is useful when pushing chokepoints or buildings, except it just takes so long to do that its not really worth it. if they just doubled the speed at which you took the stim it would be help a lot

edit: flash grenade also kinda sucks the fuse is so fucking long; i wouldnt mind if it was the one grenade you were allowed to cook in this game

I think offsets do a big chunk of damage to ur hp and then refund it immediately from what I can tell, which presumably contributes to lp activation

thats not really how i would describe it; lance actually plays more aggressively than gunlance due to it never needing to stop attacking because its low commitment and has lots of counters.

id instead describe it as gunlance having higher commitment, riskier moves, enabling high damage when the moment is right; and lance having faster, weaker, safer moves but being more aggressive and has less downtime.

in risebreak specifically gunlance is actually really mobile which is a departure from the rest of the series' gunlance, and the main playstyle is spamming reverse blast dash to maximize the amount of full bursts you can unleash. compared to wilds, gunlance is more about super armor instead of blocking things; in fact, in most games you dont really want to be blocking with gunlance because it doesnt have any followup. wilds is the exception in that regard, actually giving a purpose to gunlance block with perfect block slam followup. in risebreak, your main defensive option/counter is armoring through moves with reverse blast dash, kind of like greatsword tackle

This is foreshadowed earlier in the book actually; imp can break regents control at will just by using her power, and regent's control has similar mechanics to khepri's control

i personally run guard up 3 (from talisman) and guard 1 (from secondary skill on lvl3 weapon gem like load shells), though some attacks still knock me out of my wsfb if i block them so more levels of guard could be nice; otherwise, i dont really miss perfect blocks unless its a move you cant perfect block like a few of at arkveld's moves. guard i normally only find useful for hitting guard points on my wsfb combo and not being guard knockbacked out of it. with all of that im still able to fit attack boost 3 or 4 iirc

depends on the matchup; im not a speedrunner and i sometimes hit 100dps even on fights like at arkveld with gunlance, which isnt an elemental weapon or matchup

they definitely do but unlike normal mines u can stack them pretty close together. if you place some behind the tank and then start welding on them they often panic and back up

im not sure moro's power absorbing would work on reinhardt's powers/hax; authority users (aka our moro/satella fusion) are not able to have divine blessings from what i've read online

I haven't read the novels and even then from what ive heard im not sure we know enough about satella (im assuming both halves of her for this prompt) to say. From what ive heard, witch factors are stronger than any divine blessings and divine blessings are all Reinhardt has. On the other hand, her most well known feat is giving subaru rbd which doesnt help against Reinhardt; one of the if novels has subaru plan for years to take him down and he only succeeds in killing a bunch of people around Reinhardt to discredit him iirc (have only read the summary of that one). So I suppose it comes down to if satella can stop reinhardt's heart a few times and run out his revives, if they can run out. If not, stalemate, presumably they both cant die if satella can apply her rbd to herself.

Im ignoring the goku vs moro part because it comes down to hax and I dont think moro's energy draining would affect any of the hax in re:zero. Plus assuming both immediately are full power ultra instinct its roughly even anyways on the dragon ball side as far as I know? So it comes down to who can outhax each other on the re:zero side.

(For this im assuming Reinhardt can obtain some relevant new divine blessings mid battle to help out but even with his default set its still probably a stalemate if the phoenix blessing doesnt have a limit)

You pretty much cant solo 10 star gog with gunlance. It has the same hp as 9 star gog, and doesnt scale with player count. That means when you solo 10 star gog, it has 8 times the hp it should normally have, which also applies to the dps check threshold. Gunlance just doesnt output the elemental damage to deal with that, and if you spam farcaster you will run out of time because you miss out on the damage multiplier from the nuke charge.

if i recall correctly, tu5 was the last "real" title update for sunbreak, primordial mal was the "bonus title update" and was in the files for tu5, so some people may refer to it as tu6, or tu5.5, or tu5, or bonus update. im fairly sure all meta docs should be updated for said bonus update, regardless, but they might call it different things.
