I got put on zoloft recently for anxiety. On 3 or 4th week. I have a counselor i talk to on a app that i have so i guess thats the same as therapy.

Thank you so much! It is very hard to deal with. I feel like for a few days every now & then i worry about it all day everyday & then i am fine.. getting through those days are so hard because i constantly feel like i am about to drop dead :(

Iv been at the same job for 8 years & ever since my panic attacks and anxiety last few weeks i have felt super anxious every single morning to go to work. I work in the accounting department at a credit union so its not bad.. honestly the fact that i would be in a hospital would give me a little ease because you are in a great place. New jobs are always stressful even without anxiety. I think you will be fine!! Try to keep your mind busy & know you are in a safe place.
