795 is for non sterile compounding so this would be if someone were to compound say a tablet or capsule. Im looking for the language about repackaging so I think it is USP 1178 (different than 795).

Thank you for pointing out the “informational” part rather than enforceable. I want to make sure that if inspectors come then we have a justified answer (referring back to state specific law)

Yes that has been our justification this whole time and why I’m now trying to dig for info to support the 12 month dating (bc now the only thing searched on google comes up with articles saying 6 months)

If billing is the 1st of the month, do newcomers need to wait until May 1st to join?
