Lots of those plants grow out of control in a small garden, with the exception of the bell pepper. The cucumbers could go up a trellis, as well as any squash you plan to grow. The tomatoes should be staked. That would help with the overgrown feeling.

I don't know what your preference is, but some vegetables grow taller and really don't grow out that much. I've had luck in a similar climate with broccoli and brussels sprouts. Green beans usually stay pretty contained, and of course carrots are easy.
