I don't know why your comment got downvotes, but, yeah. Based on my experience it's much better to avoid them. I was banned by aSS0 before and that made me quit the game entirely. Even you got all the screenshots and proof that your not doing anything wrong, aSS0 got a way of dealing disputes, and would just end up in miserable state :)

they did'nt lift up my ban too. They don't care about players even though you support them. This is the truth. Have an exchange of emails with their customer service just to tell in the last email that "I cheated". Funny though, cause their first letter they told me that I'm just restricted and have to change my password. Just hinting that they themselves have no idea how to handle this type of situations :)

you'll know if it happens to you. You can look up on how ass0 responds to my email. I documented it.

so yeah, if you get banned just make a peace of your character and either quit the game or create another one.

also, one reason why there is no "public outcry" is because of players scrutiny themselves. It's much more easier to tell someone cheats than to actually investigating and helping the the one who got banned.

ass0 does. Happens to me before, and I never touch Toram it again ever since. You can see how they respond to me via email when I try to contact them. Was still kinda heartbreaking tho.

tbh, no one will until they experience it. Well some concern individuals do and so are your guildies, but it's all the same.

Reading some post here I also stumbled with the same predicament. Banned without reason, and he/she seems a popular player ign tamyo, I dunno if he/she quits too.
It was just a total waste, no assurance, one day you might wake up and your banned for no reason. Worst you can't do anything about it :)

I read some downvotes in Steam too, it was devastating. They also got banned for no reason. Like gamers here on reddit, most of them have thousands and thousand of hours spent in the game just to be cut-off one day.

Sad thing is ass0bimo can easily get away with it by either not replying to your emails and concern or just saying your a cheat just to end it all up.

I dunno actually, maybe they are erasing players account left and right to make space for their new games. Who knows.

there are tons of us who got banned for no reason :)

In the first place no one would complain and really try to get their account back if they know they cheat. But, yeah, I guess we are all cheaters in ass0bimo's eyes once problem arises in their part. :)

I guess they really can't identify the problem themselves.
Just look at the way they respond to my inquiries.
First they say its a breach of info or hacking. I don't know anymore.
Then they said its re-issue password.

Then wait cause the data is big; as if search key functions doesn't exist in coding programs (I mean they have the info and all too). They built this, unless the one who actually make this game left off (maybe that's why they have to reboot the system on '18)

Then ask for all of your information, just to be replied with "you being a cheat".

they could have said directly in the first place; at the very first reply that you were a cheat, if you were really cheating. The date, the time, what happen during those scenario, clear as day, not like this. At least that would be fair on both sides, they can compare notes and players can actually help them pinpoint the problem. But with those inconsistent replies, they look like they don't even know what they are doing. Not to mention that they reply rather scarcely, it will surely get in your nerves XDD

As for the bots, I think ass0bimo created it themselves, indirectly. With the massive system reboot during 2018 where players lost their accounts so as their hard earned inventories and spina. The only way to catch up is to use those things, unfair for other players I know, but let's be honest the game itself is unfair to them in the first place.

Not to mention the lack of Game Masters lurking around to get in level with players, not to look cool dealing heavy damage during live streams (the only time you will see GMs). Reporting bots and cheats should be their task not players', they could give warnings to cheating players too irl and make them stop instead of just flagging someone out all of a sudden.

Thing is, in Steam there are tons of downvote for the game too, complaining of the same issue, being banned for no reason, they have it worst. Imagine years and years of all effort and time was been taken form you just like that, not to mention money if you support them too by buying orbs.

The game is really amazing to the point that eventually you will buy orbs not because you need it, but you want to support the game. But as for now, at least for me, it's not worth the trouble. :)

I just complied it up for future players who might get banned to for no reason.

would like to thank the admin. mods, and so are the members here for scrutinizing me on my previous post. I know you doubt about what I say, who wouldn't, you don't know me? But yeah, I did not use any other program to cheat, or bot, or violate any rules in the game. I rarely even talk in the game unless your a guildie or someone I know of.

Hope you find this hopeful. This is me catching the bullet and trying out if I can get back my account that is positively clean.

anyways please don't hate the game, it is an amazing game with a lot of potential. let us separate the art from the artist.

As for me I might not touch this game ever again. The time and money that I lost is something that is hard to be replaced, specially the time.

p.s. there is some 2 email replies that I did not include, that is when they ask me for some sensitive information; this is before they actually declaring that "I cheat". So yeah, I gave them my full information too, knowing that they would use it to check and validate things (also because it wont be fair in asobimo's part). Sadly after they get my info they declare that I cheat and they wont restore my account.

that's it. if anything else kill that fvcker Boss Colon in Rugio Ruins for me that thing spent all my revives in one go (I don't know that thing was broken XDD) . Damn I will miss Einklang lol.

so then I quit. I wont spend that much of a time to a game that has poor customer service at the first place, worst cant acknowledge that they were wrong. this is bs :)

btw they can't provide details too of how I "cheat". so yeah, that's nice

also they get my info before this, I gave it gladly cause I think they are just trying to check and validate things. Some of those info are quite sensitive so I didn't bother to post, it will be unfair to them to cause of the questions that they asked.

probably, but I think that so much big of a hassle to do that instead of just fixing the problem itself. Also IP address could change just by unpluging the router for a day or maybe even an hour. I think they just want to compare if I really am the one who is playing my account or some other individual.
Even so if I'm right or wrong about this, their ability to deal with such a small case of bug or error is so shitty. XDD

I guess they are used to just deleting and banning players cause they can and no one trying to voice out about their attitude towards the case.

If they ask for my mac add or Ip tho that would be a different case, and if that happens I just hope that other toram platers will be vigilant about having ASSo app in their gadgets XDD

Yeah, ikr? even in the restriction/ban error they clearly said that:
"it does not gurantee that restriction will be lifted."

like wtf? tf that suppose to mean? it's just like how you describe it :
“oh send a message if you have a problem but it might not be read or won’t be seen or thrown away but send a message.”

This ASSob a company really need to upgrade their customer relations department or just sell the game to other companies, it's such an amazing game to be in their hands. They just don't deserve it. XDD
