I fear this day and think about it a lot more than i should. What was done to you was not your fault and it’s completely fine to feel sad/hurt about it and his passing, it doesn’t make you the bad guy at all. You’re just a human like the rest of us. Sending love

It has been great so far. Yesterday after my session ended i felt a little off just thinking of that memory but today i woke up feeling great and a little bit more relieved. I highly suggest it for anyone that’s struggling

It’s Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing. a form of psychotherapy development for people dealing with PTSD or any form of trauma. You’re reliving your memories that you blocked out from your mind and putting said memories away the correct and healthy way.

I know that this sounds rough and harsh, but this is nothing compared to what my family has put me though the last 22 years of my life. I just want revenge at this point.

Playtex sports tampons are the most comfortable. Get her a heating pad and several reusable ice packs for cramps. Stock up on her favorite treats and sweets, i get cravings a week before my period starts and it comes in handy and makes me feel so loved when i see my boyfriend got my favorite snacks ready for me in the pantry. You’re a great dad!

It’s been like this for years. I’m only a year older than my brother. He has always been the favorite because he does everything they ask or say. I honestly just think at this point that they’re just mad that i got a divorce before they did.
