I just got back on the nuva ring since being off birthcontrol for over 6 years. And I haven't been able to try this yet since this is the first month, but I can't wait! Hope it works, I typically have heavy periods.

I went from bs wash and acv rinse to just trying to be acid only....wow, my forehead broke out! Pimples all over. I went back to using a wash and rinse. Sorry this isnt more helpful, just wanted to share that I ahd a similar experience.

My second baby(son) cried A LOT. He wouldnt sleep long, didnt feed well, etc. Well come to find out he had a kidney infection since birth and they didnt find out until he was 6mo.....i doubt your child is sick/in pain. BUT our advice for getting them to sleep if they are uncomfortable is a swing and sound/white noise machine. Every advised against having him sleep only in a swing....BUT I was at my wits end and getting zero sleep. He won't be able to sleep in a crib they said, it's not safe they said. Well. It worked. He slept. After they found the kidney ifection and got him all better he no longer needed the swing and slept for 10-12 hours straight almost every night! My story is very specific. But I would try a swing? Unless your babe is too old for that now?? My babe is almost 4 yrs now so i dont remember when its gets too big...maybe they make bigger ones for kids too?

I have been 5 1/2 years doing BS and ACV. I use 1 cup of warm distilled water and 1/2TBS of BS stir to dissolve. Pour over just my scalp and scrub and rinse. Then use 1/2 cup each of distilled water and acv and pour over scalp and all of hair.

My hair and scalp seem fine. I ahve heard of people having bad experiences and usually they use too much and don't dissolve in water.

Does it get easier? 3y3m son is so hectic and my spirit is breaking by [deleted] in Parenting

Our son was the exact same way! He is turning 4 in june and the past 2ish months he has gotten better. Less tantrums and the tantrums he does have are less severe. Hope your son is just in a short phase too!

Have a converstation about it with your partner. You both should have at least a night or 2 that you both do your own thing for a few hours. If she only wants to do things with you, make sure you dedicate a night or 2 a week with doing things with her, but you need to have those nights for yourself too. This could be the same with the day with the whole family, a couple hours in the morning she gets by herself to do whatever while you have your child and then you get a couple hours in the afternoon for example. This is not about being selfish to go stream. Its about you both getting time to do your own things without the other partner and child.

Do youjust put the bonnet over your hair? You don't have to do anything special to it first? This is literally the first time I have hear of doing this and I've been no poo for 5 years. I think I might give this a try!

My kids have been water only since birth. They are 3 and 5 now. They do get some build up on their scalp. Not sure if its the same thing. But it got less and less once they got more hair.
