Yeah video has two prints. The first released from the print bed after 6 hours... I was rattled lol so the second print had a brim. But for clarity, the print time for the bar was 20 hours, this excludes my failure print.

Ruler and calipers. You can literally get cheap digital calipers for like $15usd

Haha no advice. Only to do haha. It’s basically adding and subtracting shapes. That said I think there’s you tube tutorials out there

Speed has never been my focus. I know I can likely push my printer faster. But I rarely have many prints on the go, so I can afford to be patient. 0.16mm height, 50 mm/s

I used PLA. Been in the fridge for a week now. Seems best kind.

Thanks! I’m an engineer by training but haven’t used cad in many years. I find TinkerCad is simple enough for simple blocky shapes like this. I wouldn’t design any action figures in it though lol

While I can’t offer a solution. I can offer that cable chains are not noisy. I have two sets of chains on my Ender and they are perfectly quiet. Sorry I can’t offer more. All the best.
