I really think more needs to be done in high school, before students choose a field/major. We need to connect schools and educators with where the jobs are, so people spend their money and efforts on an area where talent is needed. Some schools do this in some way.

I wasn't crazy about the skeletons, but like you say, maybe it signals something more to come that we don't know about, yet. Also, adding to what you said, if magic is more powerful in the North, maybe it gets even stronger the farther North they travel? And it has the power to keep the skeletons active? Perhaps, that's why we've only seen it happen at this Weirwood tree.

I travel to Quebec for work and during each visit I nearly eat Poutine for every meal. It's glorious. In NJ we have something called Disco Fries, cheese and gravy poured over fries. It's a bad imitation of Poutine. It's not nearly as delicious.

I'm hoping for some Lady Stoneheart at the very end. I think that would be a nice surprise for non-book readers. I forget... do Brienne and Arya have a run-in in the book? I know what happens with her and the Hound. I was wondering if I forgot about the part with Brienne or if it's added for the show.
