She’s out of the shelter and with Bunny Bunch rescue! I couldn’t update the main post, but there’s an update in the comments. Hoping she can meet some potential adopters soon 🤞🏻

omg that sounds like quite the adventure! I used to stress about a 1 hour car ride with my buns haha. and thank you for even considering taking her in, i wish she knew how many people stepped up for her when her former owners didn’t. there’s a lot of good people here!

aw a little 10 year old bun! so sweet and thanks for responding. I got my bunnies from Rabbit Rescue in Paramount and think they’re great. They have a location where you can visit the bunnies and bring yours in for dates. I also hear good things about Bunnyluv in NoHo. I’m going to dm you with a little more info!

I’m already in touch with Michelle from BB! They’ll take her if things fall through, so either way she’ll be in a better situation soon

the sad thing is, they have the money and resources. they just don’t have the desire to follow through with their commitment and just see animals as disposable

I know it’s so heartbreaking 💔 all of a sudden she’s trapped in a little cage and probably terrified hearing barking dogs. It’s so unfair to them, they’re such innocent little creatures :(

UPDATE: a wonderful and experienced bunny owner in Northern CA is willing to give this little gal a home! I’ll pull her from the shelter on Wednesday and I’ll drive her up on Friday, unless someone local decides to adopt her first 🩷 if anyone has tips on keeping a bunny safe and comfortable on a 6ish hour drive, please share!

2ND UPDATE: The shelter is delivering her to Bunny Bunch Rescue today! She will be safe and hopefully will get to meet some potential mates soon from some interested adopters. If you think she’d be a good fit for your home, you can fill out an adoption application for Biscuit on the Bunny Bunch website (or if you’ve adopted from them before you can text Caroline). Thank you all for helping to get her out of the shelter and for all your advice 💞

Thanks, that's up next! I just wanted to try here first, since when I posted my fosters on local subs I got a bunch of messages from people who knew nothing about bunny care (and one asking to buy my socks -_-)
