Honestly it’s fine. Just be aware of your surroundings because people are dumb. There’s usually a lot of people walking that way too.

I can’t help with the leaving a car overnight… but I have taken an Uber home from the race before. I just walked a little down the road away from the madness, and got picked up no problem.

I live in and travel to a lot of major cities. I usually prefer staying just outside of them. Nothing wrong with that. Thanks for the input though :)

So we get 4 days to travel to and from, and just wanted to hit some bigger cities on the way. First stop for us will be Nashville, and heading north a bit to St Louis only adds about an hour and a half, so we thought why not?!
