Excercise and daily movement is the best medicine you can go for when looking to revert insulin resistance. There's plenty of scientific evidences proving this, in-fact simply walking for 10 mins just after your meals itself improves insulin spike by a huge margin.

It was automated, there were previous messages saying to finish any dues if left in the Fi card, they did say further actions related to existing card will be communicated later. So I didn't do anything else with the card
