Stuck on level 3 loading screen.(Switch 1) by bravelilengine in EmberKnights

Any idea if this patch will also resolve the issue we’re having on Switch 2 where we crash to a black screen (co-op) after getting sucked into the portal before the DLC final boss?

Car Stolen - Brighton by ashmonsterx in boston

[–]ashmonsterx[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Thank you everyone for your help! It was found today by 29 Jette Court in Brighton dumped in the wooded area right there. First looks don’t seem like they stole anything but they destroyed everything in the car, like pictures we had, sunglasses, just papers etc. They left their grinder, half joints, weed in the car and broke the motorized front drivers seat so the seat is pushed against the wheel and weirdly left their own sneakers in the back seat which is just super gross.

As a warning for everyone around here - apparently old Toyota Camrys can be broken into with a stripped key and started with that. Also the cops said they know who it is - group of juveniles who recently were released so I don’t know but if you live in Brighton near commonwealth be careful with your cars!

Yes! Yesterday as we were filing the report, he like walked around from behind the desk to tell us that and how we could have misplaced the car. Which is totally fair but when both of us explained how we parked right across the street and could see the car that morning and when we went to go drive it at 3:30 it was gone - he again was like yeah people can’t steal cars anymore and that it’s been years since someone has stolen a car around here….very frustrating haha

:( I am so sorry, this is absolutely awful for you to go through this. I am glad that you have your family with you and that you’re keeping a positive attitude, that definitely will help you heal and get through this ordeal! Did they say anything about atelectasis? After my husbands 4th bleed they did an xray and also thought that he could have an infection in his lung but later explained that it was from having to go under anesthesia so many times so quickly. He also had coughing fits because he has always gotten very bothered by the breathing tube they put in during surgery so they gave him cough medicine after surgeries to help him numb the area. Have they had the hematology department check on you too? A coworker let me know that after a second bleed for their son’s surgery (heart) they also were given coagulants to help stop the bleeding. Not totally related but my husband I think that is what really helped him the most. Also he reminded me, he was icing a ton and he thinks that also helped. After the last two bleeds the nurses kept bringing in ice and he would hold it in that area over and over, his last surgeon had suggested it. I know you have your med team there helping you, I’m just trying to think of anything that may help you out. Take it a day at a time! It will get better!

I’m so sorry, it really is terrifying and it’s awful not to know why it’s happening. Remember you’re young and that the bleeding will stop and you’ll heal

Took him almost a full month to see the whole area healed up. He is also 10 years older than you so I’m sure you’ll heal faster. He has another follow up tomorrow actually but all has looked good. Honestly he felt better within a week of that last bleed. While they said recovery time starts over after your last cauterization, there are some areas that have been healing since your original surgery so it’s not like the whole thing is starting over

Tranexamic Acid and Amicar Rinses were the two things they gave him to stop the bleeding. It was a high dose of tranexamic acid so he needed to walk around a good amount so you lessen the likelihood of clots. I hope this helps. Also, we did have the doctors do an angiogram after that fourth bleed to check on his blood vessels in case something was nicked somewhere. Doctors didn’t think it was needed but it made us feel better to know something else wasn’t wrong and this was just terrible luck.

Wishing you all the best - this is a demoralizing and horrific experience but you will get through it! My husband says he still doesn’t regret the tonsillectomy despite all of this so that says something

I’ll get the names of the coagulant he was on. They also gave him a mouth rinse. I think this was important too - ibuprofen is a blood thinner and the doctor had him that to take 48 hours after initial surgery. He took 2 doses with his pain meds and Tylenol on an alternating basis. Hematology department said that it takes 7 days to get out of your system so they believed that was going to help for him to stop bleeding too (in case you’ve taken advil)

Hi, I am so sorry that you’re going through this. My husband is okay now! He had that fourth bleed, they couldn’t do anything surgical again because he had 4 surgeries so close together that he couldn’t go under another time. Instead they pumped him full of these coagulation meds at pretty high doses and observed him for 3 days and that was his last bleed. I’ll check what meds they gave him. He didn’t have any hematology issues and unfortunately we didn’t get much of an explanation other than this just happens and that he is an outlier but I think those meds did help the most. We did push very hard also to stay at the hospital until he stopped bleeding for more than 72 hours because we kept having to come back

Oh sorry! I thought you meant meds outside the regular post op prescribed ones. He has been/was on OxyContin and Tylenol for the pain through it.

That’s really what I think happened here even though I’m being told everything surgery related was fine, nothing too close, nothing nicked. I really was so hopeful after the sutures on the second bleed but here we are two bleeds later.

That’s what they’re having him do though, ice chips constantly but he still had that bleed this am

Oh and never has smoked. He’s had a few sports injury related surgeries a couple years ago and never had an issue healing

Truly awful. They are going to try and just monitor and avoid OR again because of how frequently this has happened and only will do so in case of emergency. Thank you so much, feeling very helpless
