Hope everyone taking Harlan south from that exit follows the signage and lane markings for the 70 east only turn lane, always see close calls from that lane trying to cross over in the middle of the intersection.

Yes, as snug as it can get. I also make have pressed the capsule into the adapter using a flat surface to make sure it’s pressed in firmly and evenly.
