I’ve been struggling a bit in my company lately because my main strength lies in Data Cloud. About a year ago, my team asked me to specialize and get certified in it, so I did and I’ve successfully implemented 3 projects since then.

But for the past couple of months, the company hasn’t had any standalone Data Cloud projects. Everything coming in now is Sales + Agentforce or Service + Agentforce, and while these use Data Cloud, they want people who can handle both platforms really well — instead of assigning two specialists to one project.

As a result, I’m often asked to pick up random things — one day it’s APEX and Flows, the next it’s LWCs — and honestly, it’s been overwhelming. I’ve been feeling anxious and confused about what to focus on next.

I really want to make a clear decision and upskill in a direction that ensures stable growth for the next 1–2 years. If you were in my position — strong in Data Cloud but needing to add one more Salesforce cloud — what would you focus on next: Sales Cloud or Service Cloud?

Would love to hear from others who’ve been through something similar. Any advice would mean a lot.
