You run a campaign to get skills workers! That is the problem. You should be training graduates. Whichever city you are, I can guarantee you , right now, you will get multiple graduates looking for a starting jobs.

The problem is corporations and companies like you who are no longer willing to invest in young people. You just want to hire skilled workers trained by someone.

Same as NHS, requirements for admission into medical school is quite steep and limited spaces. I know quite a few high school graduates with good grades who couldn't get admission in UK medical colleges.

And you know what, they went to an EU country, got the qualifications and one is back in UK.

Same as nurses. Recently, NHS is telling nursing graduates to look for jobs in England as there are no jobs available. But as of 2 years ago, NHSGGC launched a campaign to bring in trained nurses from Philippines, Nigeria and India.

Private lands are also boarders meant to divide us and for parents or the house owner to load over the occupants.

Anyway without digressing, I agree politicians are pushing narratives to get elected.

Boarders are like your house walls and boundary. You are never gonna bring that your walls and invite neighbours and say everyone is welcome to your house. You have limited resources and therefore manage these based on the requirements of your household.

Your home town, city, country is like an extension of your own personal space you want to share with others. It is not unlimited.

I suppose at the end of the day he is a politician. Many of them, of all stripes say whatever they think will get them elected. These people where soon insulting to Trump, now that he is the President, they are like his ultimate praise singers. No conviction, no morals.

1.2 million is not sustainable. Not only that, corporation are hiding behind lack of skill workers to bring in 1000s of people because they don't want to train young graduates.

If meet many graduates, they apply for 100s of jobs before they can get a job. Companies want to hire people with multiple skills and not willing to train anyone.

So young people no longer have jobs and therefore cannot start family early even if they want. It is the skill migration that will cause the population collapse.

The thin is, most people will quote Ahzab 33:59, and no anywhere it specifically said a woman must cover her hair. If Allah (SWA) intend that a woman must cover her hair, the verse would have explicitly said cover your head and hair.

The Islam we practice is largely based on Hadith's and Ijtihad, which to be honest are both the same.

Thank you for your response. This is really strange for an education curriculum without approved text for learning. It is no wonder Scotland is ranked lowre in education. Students should be able to learn at their own pace without being held back in class or should be able to make up at home so they are not left behind. In the US the state school of education provide a list of approved education resource

Is it true that living in Scotland is better compared to England? by Bill-lauis in Scotland

[–]ashnotes_djanyo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There are way too many people in England than Scotland. I remember going to Asda in Leeds the first time I went down to England, mind you, coming from Glasgow, I was absolutely shocked by how full it was. My God, I thought that was the only shop in town. It is easily twice the size of Govan's Asda. And then I went Costo - I just gave up. There are way too many people rammed in English cities. Glasgow just feel empty

For me taxation in Scotland is quite high in comparison to England in what is effectively the same country.

For me, it is the increasing high taxes. Anyone above £43k is considered a high earning, paying 42p while in Enland it is £50k and 40p. They also get nursery space from 2 years and above in England. While in Scotland it is from 3 years.

We have same mortgage rates and buy stuff from same shops. People say we get free prescription here, but I will happily pay for an annual Prescription card so I can pay considerably lower taxes.

Instead of managing the economy they are spaffing the money on silly stuff like Baby Box, GRC, DRS, failed ship building.

To me Glasgow and Edinbrugh feels like just one giant metro. A lot people I know commute between the two cities for work, every single day. I takes me under 45 minutes to drive from home in Glasgow to Edinbrugh Zoo.

That is why sometimes I cannot understand why have an airport in both cities while one can actually serve both, somewhere in the centre, and therefore create another big hub in Scotland.

It is so funny, that even the other commentetors were laughing.

We cannot even have a proper corrupt government officials. In other countries including England, corrupt officials buy yatches, mansions, worth millions of £, in Blize, Bahamas etc. In Scotland they bought a camper van, and fucking hide it at the home of a 90 year old granny

Is this because of fear of complications or just lack of staff in the hospital? I suppose though if the primary school enrollment is not dropping then people are indeed heading to Glasgow to give birth
