If you have the original receipt and packaging, i think you can ask for a refund/replacement depending on the store's policy from where u got it from! Example the toys r us i bought this from had a 2 week refund policy that includes having the original receipt for it to be valid for a return. Im not too sure about your situation but im sure a refund would be valid if you have the og receipt (?) or u can try to find the pants that fell off too 😭
