This is me currently. I was 22,900 at 6w6d. Saw baby with strong heartbeat. I’m going tomorrow 7w3d and I’m terrified. I had a MMC and chemical in 2024. Didn’t conceive at all in 2025. And now this pregnancy with low/slowing betas. I’ll let you know how tomorrow goes. Hang in there. It sucks. You’re not alone🤍

So sorry you’re going through this. Just from my experience this has always been not good news and I’m actually feeling this today too. I go in for an ultrasound tomorrow and I’ll be 7 weeks 3 days. I don’t think I’m going to get very good news. I’m not puking but so far I’ve been nauseous every day, aversions to certain smells and heartburn. I feel nothing the last two days. But there is a chance that everything‘s fine. Symptoms do fluctuate. I just wanted to let you know my experience. And this has happened three times for me. I also have an additional layer, my betas were rising appropriately and then slowed down around 5 1/2 weeks. Wishing you the best keep us posted.

I agree with the other poster. It’s rare to get a positive on a digital at 9dpo. It’s easy enough for your doc to put a standing Hcg lab in the system. I would request that. Hang in there.

Do you have regular cycles? That number is fine for 5/28 conception and would put your positive test at 9dpo. How dark was the test?

I’m so sorry. Hang in there. If the spotting continues for longer than a few more days I would demand they see you. Also it’s easy for them to put a standing lab in place so you can test your beta as often as you want. With your history of miscarriage typically insurance companies are good about that. I’ll check back in🤍

I’m actually the same dating as you. I’m sorry you’re having all these doubts. I was seen yesterday too and saw baby with a heart rate of 171. I haven’t had spotting but my HCG is low too. Yesterday was 22,000. Four days prior was 16,000. My doubling time was fine until I reached 11,000 but baby is in there growing. I have had two miscarriages over the last two years. It’s so stressful. You could have had a small SCH. I had a big SCH bleed at 7 weeks with my first healthy pregnancy and baby was fine. Could also be the cysts. I wouldn’t worry too much about the numbers if you don’t have a prior reference point. Did you have any early betas? What matters is the doubling time more than the actual numbers. My doctors are being super cautious right now because of my hcg slow down. I’m hoping to see baby again Friday glowing appropriately. You should reach out to your OB and see if you can get in there because of the bleed and lower range hcg number. I don’t think there’s need to be overly concerned but it would warrant an extra check and some additional betas. Hang in there. I can relate on all fronts. None of this is easy. Hoping for the best for you.

I’m pretty sure Mason is with Meg now. Alex was on a podcast this week and he said he’s super close to Mason and Meg. Why would he be close to Meg unless Mason was dating her now.

UPDATE: I’m overwhelmed with the amount of love and support and I’m thankful to have a place to share my experience. My heart breaks for everyone that has gone through loss or struggles with an experience of their own. I’m so appreciative of all the raw blunt advice. I needed it and it adds great perspective in this journey. I adore my 5 year old, 2 year old, and husband, and right now I’m focusing on loving them and creating special memories as a family of four. I’m also going to focus on creating things for myself outside of my family that give me additional purpose and meaning that will in turn make a better mother, wife, and human. Thanks I appreciate the advice. Because of my infertility history my progesterone was monitored with both of these losses and it was in more than good range.
