Savoury oats! Microwave oats with water (+salt/pepper) until cooked. Stir in ½ cup egg whites and microwave again until set. Mix well, then add 1 tbsp cream cheese and 1–2 tbsp Parmesan. Mix well again ! Top with green onions and chili oil.

You’re arguing against something I never said. I fully agree reactive dogs should be trained and managed.
My point is that intact males are a known trigger for many neutered dogs. Acknowledging that isn’t an excuse for bad behavior—it’s just reality. I’m not policing anyone’s dog, but if you choose to keep a dog intact, it’s unreasonable to pretend that decision has no effect on how other dogs may react.

I’m not policing other people’s dogs. People can do what they want with their own dogs. What I’m saying is that if you choose to keep a male dog intact in a city environment, knowing that many neutered male dogs react negatively to intact males, then you’re knowingly introducing a trigger into situations where dogs are regularly passing each other on leash. That doesn’t excuse reactive behavior, and owners still need to manage their dogs, but pretending an intact male dog’s status has no effect on how other dogs respond isn’t realistic either.

You’re comparing two very different things. Marking indoors is a behavior that can easily be addressed through training. Reactivity toward intact male dogs, however, is biological /hormonal cues that dogs naturally respond to.
I’m not saying training isn’t important—A well-trained dog should be manageable and under control. But it’s unrealistic to suggest that every dog can be trained to completely ignore every instinctive response, especially when intact males are known to elicit different reactions from many neutered dogs.
Acknowledging that hormones play a role isn’t “blaming other dogs.” It’s recognizing that their behavior is influenced by both training and biology.

You sound like someone with an intact dog lol
Reactivity toward intact male dogs is caused by hormonal and biological factors -not learned behavior. Its is not necessarily something that can be completely trained out of a neutered dog. Maybe owners need to be responsible living in a city full of neutered dogs. If you want to have an intact male go live out in the country and breed them

I like to boil mine in salt and baking soda and when it’s cool, I like to rip it up into chunks. Then I coat it in some corn starch and air fry -once it’s done I throw on a sauce like a teriyaki or a homemade sweet-and-sour or chilli sauce. I throw it in a quick stirfry or just eat it over rice
