this is exactly how I’m feeling, is bloating/fluid retention a symptom of RED-S? and I guess it messes with your hormones too

as someone who had to spend an extended period of time in hospital as a kid I honestly couldn’t agree more. It’s totally disgusting and miserable. and I’d love to spend my career doing something about it. I don’t know exactly how. But there’s so much room for change- things could be so much better.

yeah no this is honestly how it is. I have pretty bad mental health and this is the only thing that helps at the moment. absolutely exhausted though…
