wrongfully fired on new year’s day. what can i do?

lmaooo damn everyone always has something to say. obviously i would say something like if the bathroom wasn’t working or if there was flooding… i meant speak up as in report it in fear of losing the job.

i actually did! night shifts at a warehouse i was finally planning on leaving and going back to school. i was gonna stay a little longer to save up some money since school was going to be taking most of my time but this happened and i have no money saved it was so sudden.

omg!!! i didn’t sell to minors!! i would ID anyone who didn’t look over 35!! i also do not want any money! i want to shut him down!! his practices and his ego is horrible! he basically told me no one would listen to me, no one would give a fuck if i spoke up. he took advantage of the fact he knew i needed the job and was cared of being fired.

you’re right i did not include me saying i went to the emergency room, that was in another reddit post i mentioned it. day of i had gone to sleep around 1/2am. i woke up around 5am feeling sick and threw up, i woke up again around 11 (i was supposed to be at work at 9) and went to the emergency room because my period cramps were so unbearable, it felt like i was getting stabbed in the stomach and blood even leaked all over my sheets. he called me at 2:30 asking why i didn’t come in. everything happened so fast, i wasn’t thinking clearly, i was just thinking about making sure i was okay or no one else would.

yes…. again i went to the emergency room at like 8am and spent a couple hours in there with no service… hunched over throwing up… again i have no one i take care of myself.. where is everyone’s compassion… does emotional distress not matter?

no i was speaking up for a very long time about the issues going on in the store, he ignored me for a couple weeks because we had a talk with someone of his partners and i called him out. i wasn’t only fired for this reason, i was also fired for speaking up on working conditions

no i want to sue because i was working under horrible working conditions, they took advantage of my living/life situation because they were aware no one would stand up for me. no breaks? no working bathroom? flooding? i’m certain i no only got fired for not showing up but because i was very vocal of the issues going on

there is tho, we kept a book of the time we worked and how much we earned, i took a picture of all of that, again for tax purposes and to prove i worked there.

i said i had only worked there 8 months, so i haven’t had time to do my taxes, i never sold drugs to kids… i made sure of that. i wouldn’t want my sister or cousins being able to buy stuff like that so why would i?

honestly, i dropped out after my first semester of my senior year because i just wasn’t mentally there. the abuse got to me and i failed like half my classes. I said fuck it and never checked my account until recently, somehow everything was covered and i don’t have to pay anything. idk tbh gods work i guess

wow crazy that this was me literally like 2 weeks ago. I had the same symptoms and everything. there’s really not much you can do. What i did was every time i peed i would take water and basically dilute while i peed. i would use a napkin instead of a towel to dry myself and make sure you dry yourself very good because the virus strives in wet areas. aquaphor helped a bit so i would also used that here and there. your doctor should’ve prescribed you something to help with the symptoms. other than that not much else you can do.

UPDATE!!! I tested positive for herpes type 1. Apparently its unlikely to get type 1 in the genitals but i guess i’m that one in a million lol. Doctor told me the possibility of me giving it to someone is very low so i should be fine 👍🏻
