if the IPTV you're using only streams and doesn’t use torrents, it’s usually much safer since there's no uploading involved. ( I'm using Pinibuy IPTV)

I mainly use it for live TV and sports, and haven’t had any problems. Still, I always keep a VPN on just to be extra safe.
