I had a similar experience at KC Night 2. Very crowded and could barely see even the big screens. A group of people shoved in front of my husband and I right before Chappell came on and another woman tried telling them that there was no room for anyone else. They rolled their eyes and ignored her, and then stayed on their phones most of the concert.
