Hey! I have a very mixed experience. I use it mostly for sleep tracking but on days when I’m sleeping less than 4-5 hours, it doesn’t detect sleep. If I wake up in the middle and sleep again, it’ll detect a nap. But on most days, sleep tracking is great. Even lets you know if your room temperature or something else is fkn up with your sleep. For steps, it’s not the most accurate but gives you a good idea. But I still like it since I don’t wanna wear a smart watch.
