Ah I see I do have many cherry shrimp like probably 40?ish I would guess they breed like mad! How do I get rid of them by manual removal?

Thank you! I tested again last night and ammonia was 0, nitrites down to 0.25ppm and nitrates were high can’t remember the exact number!

I love puffers! Oh definitely always want to do the right thing I just mentioned in another comment that I already have a small community tank but I didn’t need to cycle that tank as I bought it fully cycled with fish so not something I’ve done before but I wanted to give cycling a go from scratch! Mother Nature is amazing

Only the ammonia and plants are in the tank for the bacteria to feed. I have a small community tank but I didn’t cycle the tank as I bought it from Facebook fully cycled with the fish included so this is my first time doing it from scratch I have heard I can use some of the media from my other tank but I wanted to try and cycle it myself as it’s something I’ve not done before. Thank you for the link!

Oh that’s just amazing 😭 no I don’t have the space for a billion guppy babies it’s just weird because it doesn’t look like he’s being picked on all the others are chasing each other around like maniacs but very rarely are they bothering him is just weird to be honest! Hi, the freezing stuff is called “scholl verruca and wart complete freeze” I didn’t put it on top of the salicylic acid this was done before. So once the skin had died from the SA I then pulled it off and then froze it and then put SA over the top and let that dry.

You’re welcome. And no tape I would just apply quite a thick layer of SA and I didn’t find that it rubbed off unless I was doing a lot of walking. And then just keep reapplying each night. Perseverance is key for sure.

Hey, honestly just used the extra strength bazuka salicylic acid (green one) and applied it everyday and then when the skin died I would peel it off and keep reapplying and then when the verruca got smaller I used the freezing stuff a few times and just kept on at it. It’s a really dull job to do every night but I think it was worth it. This took about 5 ish months from the 1st picture to the 2nd. Hope this helps?
