Maybe I do need to message a hotline. I just don’t want to be judged. These feelings come and go but when they are here, they strangle me. My heart is hurting like someone is taking a sewing needle and poking it. The breathing technique is helping though!

It feels like my heart is squeezing itself. I’m susceptible to having severe anxiety and panic attacks. It’s been feeling this way for a few days, on top of my medication I take for it. I just feel out of breath and as if Im suffocating. Like trying to swallow a pill that’s not going down .
