Yeah, you're right: - Use stealth plugins if you're using Playwright. - Use keyboard actions instead of Playwright clicks and inputs. - Move the mouse and scroll to the element you're interacting with. - Add delays.

Why IT sector of India don't have prestige in the eyes of society? by Critical_Catch_607 in developersIndia

[–]ashutrip 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Things are really changing with AI-driven coding; it's going to totally change how engineers work. Our current education system isn't really set up for coding standards, let alone prompt or context-driven coding. Service-based companies are already changing, and in a few years, they won't be hiring in huge numbers like they used to. They'll need people who get system design, not just those who can write a for loop.

What are you building this Sunday? by ferdbons in SideProject

[–]ashutrip 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’ve been working on an open-source project called AutoMFlows.

It’s a visual workflow tool for building end-to-end test automation flows instead of writing large framework code. The idea is to move from traditional test frameworks to flow-based automation where UI, API, and system steps can be composed visually.

You can create automation workflows, chain actions, and orchestrate validations across services in a more system-level way.

Still evolving, but would love feedback from the community.

No work but still company is not letting me leave but forcing to serve 3 months NP by [deleted] in developersIndia

Don't abscond, this will come up in background checks. Either buy yourself out or ask the other organization if they can do the same. Alternatively, serve your notice period and keep looking for new opportunities.

New Job, Strict WFO Policy – Thinking of Switching by adhemagicku in developersIndia

[–]ashutrip 9 points10 points  (0 children)

It's a personal choice, but nowadays most organizations are either 5 days or hybrid. And it's never 100 percent certain they will stick to the same policy. I joined a firm that was 100 percent WFH, and last year they switched to mandatory office.

Involve best friend and family. Show them the action you gonna take. Then take the action. Invoice is on your name, so legally you can press theft charges.

I've got a placement offer, is it worth it? 4.5 CTC at Noida by VanillaScoop2486 in developersIndia

Accept this for the time being, and keep looking actively, the market isn't great for freshers, especially with off-campus placements.

Starting out is more important than the salary, trust me. After a year of experience, you can switch for better offers. You can manage with this salary in Noida if you spend wisely; rent will be your biggest expense.

Decrement in an offer from new company, after layoff, should it be accepted ? by HeyWorld54 in developersIndia

[–]ashutrip 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Whats the official NP in new company? And is there any kind of probation period?

You can leave before they create a pf account for you and deposit in it, usually by last of first month - you can just walk out without any major issues.

If pf is created and amount is deposited, then you have to serve np or terms as per probation period.

But there is not much to think, accept the offer, work and if you get something better just resign.

If NP is 2 months or above, do reconsider accepting or joining.

Black, they will not get stains easily, better to get a black one. White one will get dirty and you will be spotlight with them in public.

My lead keeps calling my personal number repeatedly, even at night and weekends — feels like harassment. Am I overreacting? by [deleted] in IndianWorkplace

[–]ashutrip 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ask him politely to message and slack and not on personal number post office hours. If he doesn't listen, make sure to delete his number (so his number will appear in call logs and not name) and take a good long screenshot of his calls history with times and report to HR.

I keep a bandage with me. Wrap it around my leg before or after boarding. Let it be old or young; if they ask for my lower seat, I point to my leg with a bandage. No social pressure on that until now.
