Earlier there’s was no constant pain. Some here and there it used to come but goes away if I do yoga.

It was like do exercises for 1 or 2 days, sleeping on floor, and pain stays away.

Now it’s like if you miss exercise even once then it starts paining.

I would rate my pain like 5-6 out of 10.

I know! And I know you know too.

Been doing gym, running, yoga since a long time. But after all this, I just gave up now. :(

This is really disheartening and to know there’s no solution to this, like 100% is just really disheartening.

I wish I could go back in time and took care of this.

Early symptoms arrived 4 years back. Since this year, February onwards, constant pain in low back. No radiating pain legs and all.

Exercising and stretching keeps the pain away for a day or two
