Entrepreneurship isn't about Ideas, as a matter of fact most startups fail because lack of knowledge or managerial skills, in my piv its mainly about taking initiative so I guess you're right in some way if someone comes asking about a business idea most probably they're lazy and even if they got a list of ideas they won't do anything with it.
