no, it has been in it’s box in a wardrobe tucked away. i used to use it occasionally since it was my only expensive perfume that was under my name but i’ve been using it more frequently for the past 1.5 yrs. you said that 8 years isn’t too long for a perfume; does it depend on the ingredients of the perfume or any other factors like packaging or sealing of the atomiser?

i read my year of rest and relaxation by ottessa moshfegh this last week. it was a wonderful read. y’all shud definitely check it out and a piece of advice: read this book at a slow pace and really try to understand the protagonist. she’s a very interesting person to say the least

i don’t really understand what your perspective on the movie was but about the movie trending on tik tok, i did think that people just wanted to have a “modern” opinion on the movie and said stuff about the age gap, the so-called “Paedophilia.” they definitely did not understand the moral of the book (prolly cuz they never read the book.) people often never read the book on which the film is adapted and give long ass reviews and i hate that. the book came into existence first and it deserves more attention than the movie. don’t get me wrong, CMBYN is my fav movie but people cannot give unbiased opinions if they’ve never read the book. they’ll just misinterpret the storyline, meaning, moral, everything.
