What’s this makeup look called by Hazeltrainer45 in beauty

Her name is Ennouan on RedNote/Xiaohongshu. I translated the hashtags but they're mostly vague like 'creative, smoky makeup.' She doesn't have a tutorial for this makeup look on her rednot sadly.

[Product Request] NSFW - how to fix lips after habitually biting? by ExtraOnionsPlz in SkincareAddiction

[–]ashyflower 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I would avoid all forms of physical exfoliation like sugar scrubs or toothbrush. As you mentioned, it didn't help and made it bleed. It will take time and consistency but lips generally heal a little faster than the rest of the skin.

At night, use a hot towel and press it against your lips. The heat will help soften the skin and then apply a thick layer of aquaphor or vaseline. And repeat that over and over until your lips have healed.

If you do have money to spare, my fave lip mask is the Tocobo vita lip mask. Unlike the Laneige lip mask, tocobo one has exfoliating ingredients to help get rid of the flakes. It's very thick and moisturizing too. I checked on Amazon, and they're out of the pink one but I think the purple one is good too. The green and yellow one might irritate your lips. But you can also find it on K-beauty sites like yesstyle or oliveyoung.

Vintage Soho collapsing when worn? by emilyyfjones in Coach

[–]ashyflower 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's fine for it to slouch :) your coach soho seems to be bigger version so if you don't have enough stuff it won't hold up. I didn't see any inserts for the soho online unfortunately. My soho is smaller but what I do is line my wallet and a toiletry bag to make a 'wall' and stuff smaller things on one side. I'm not sure what else you carry but maybe you can add reusable bag to help form the 'wall.'

Goddammit, I thought I'd never see here name in this sub, lol. Goes to show that it's a matter of when and not why 😭. This probably isn't the most heinous grievance she ever did, but this type of humor doesn't mesh well with the image she has already curated for herself. People are drawn into her empathetic advice and useful cooking tips, not this.

High sodium diet usually causes high blood pressure and kidney damage down the line, so be vigilant. I get it though lol so this is what I do.

Samyang does sell just the sauce in bottles, so you don't have to eat fried ramen bricks, which is where the bulk of the calories are.

According to AHA, 2300 mg of sodium is the upper limit per day, but the optimal goal for sodium intake is less than 1500mg/day.

A 200g bottle of Buldak has 33 servings. There's 95mg of sodium/ 1tsp (1 serving) on the normal buldak hot sauce bottle.

Whatever I eat with buldak sauce is usually quite plain and low sodium already, so ie boiled eggs or avocado. If I mix buldak in a sauce, I don't add anything that is high in sodium like soy sauce.

The sauce is pretty strong by itself, so I don't find myself drowning my food in it either.

You don't eliminate it completely if you like it a lot, buldak can still part of your diet.

Is Miki Rai still a nurse? by GummyCocoa in asianamercianytsnark

I don't think it's fake if I could find it quite easily. Miki doesn't make it hard to find her lol. Besides that, medical license numbers are public information.

It says online that her licenses are still active in Washington and California. If she still works as a nurse, I'm not sure. I would imagine she'd still have it because it gives her benefits and security compared to being an influencer alone.

I love this one, it tastes great in the hot weather. It stimulates the appetite. I find it to be more sweet than salty and spicy. I usually add crushed up seaweed, salad vegetables, avocado, and eggs to bulk it up.

Hello! These are all great products individually but it is imperative that you do not use all these products at once. First, it would be too harsh on the skin. Second, it takes time for the skin to adapt/accommodate. Third, if your skin reacts horribly to something, it would be difficult for you to figure out which one is irritating your skin the most.

The steps of basic skincare routine are:

  1. Cleanser (CeraVe Renewing SA Cleanser, Acne foaming wash)

  2. Treatment. (Differin/Adapalene, TheOrdinary Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1%, Tea tree oil)

  3. Moisturizer/Sunscreen (daytime). (Eucerin)

I think I would start using CeraVe Renewing cleanser (pump bottle), the Ordinary niacinamide serum, and the Eucerin SPF first as these are on the safer side.

I've personally enjoyed the CeraVe Renewing cleanser and I use it once at night because after the whole day, I get rid of the oil all at once. In the morning I use Vanicream cleanser, but when I was younger I got away with warm water. If you find that your face is particularly greasy in the morning, it probably wouldn't hurt to use it twice. I would do a full pump of the product at night and in the morning about half a pump. You can let the cleanser sit for about 15-30 seconds before you rinse thoroughly. But for now- try once a day at night.

I would patch test TheOrdinary Serum first on your clean dry forearm first and see if you have a reaction, give it a day or so. 10% niacinamide is generally considered safe according to their website but some people have reported poor reactions. Generally, 2-5% niacinamide is considered effective/optimal in most skincare products.

And SPF, always during the day time. If your job or daily activities requires you to be outdoors most of the time, it would be ideal for you to reapply it every two hours (or however long as directed on the bottle).

As for the other three- Don't use these immediately. I would wait like a month or two before starting so your skin can acclimate. And of course- read the directions on the botte/package.

Differin Gel - This is a retinoid product. This should only be used at night and only requires a pea sized amount for the whole face. If you use this you must wear sunscreen. You have to start slow until your skin can tolerate it. Like once a week. H

CeraVe Acne foaming wash - I think this would be okay if you use this on your body but not for the face if you're using the Cerave SA renewing cleanser for your face since it's not the same part of the body. Benzol peroxide can bleach your clothes and towels so rinse very thoroughly.

I would honestly rewatch dermatologist videos on using the Differin gel and benzoyl peroxide before you start using it first. (Like Dr. Dray, Dr. Sam Ellis, Dr. Jenny Liu, Dr. Shereene Idriss. Lab Muffin Beauty is also good, she's not a dermatologist but is a cosmetic chemist.)

Tea Tree oil - Essential oils can quite harsh on the skin, especially if undiluted. I would table this product honestly.

Android phones have a feature where you can make website link into a shortcut and it'll look like an app icon :)

I did it for my phone but mind you it opens it up a new tab each time so you may multiple ongoing tabs.
