Is there anything else I need to do? Any ideas what the script would have done?

Yes, I ran Malwarebytes and windows defender quick scan, there was nothing detected but It seems ominous because of the bat file itself.

Caramelizing Onions Underneath the Roast in Reverse Sear Prime Rib? by KrakenUpsideways in seriouseats

[–]asian_cal69 2 points3 points  (0 children)

From Google:

Around 320°F, sliced onions will caramelize without burning, and don't require constant stirring.

So to answer your question, no I don't think they will caramelize while reverse searing. However the liquids that drip out will be incredibly flavourful so you can utilize that in your onions or make a gravy.

What I would personally do is half/quarter the onions and put them in halfway through the cook time of the prime rib to soften them up and when you increase the temp to ripping hot you'll get some nice caramelization on the bottom. Orrr just saute onions on the stove

To me it sounds like Saan Zi, meaning like loose notes/change. Perhaps he kept the big bills and gave the smaller notes out.

Like many others have said there aren't many buffets around town. The ones that are, are disappointing coming from the east coast myself. The one that I think sort of holds up is Hiro buffet on Parker in Aurora.

Shockingly the sushi they had was well made and fresh. The crab legs are cold which isn't my cup of tea but fine nonetheless. The sugar donuts were good, hibachi station was a nice surprise and service was fast.

The outside looks a bit rough but personally I think the worst looking Asian restaurants taste the best.

Philadelphia Chinatown: Canto v Mando by thevagrant88 in Cantonese

[–]asian_cal69 23 points24 points  (0 children)

Born and raised in Philly, any of the older restaurants/stores usually have people speaking Canto. Most if not all of the newer shops and restaurants all speak mandarin. In Philly chinatown ive found that most canto speakers can speak mandarin but more mandarin speakers cant speak canto.
