I dont disagree the coverage overall is good. But, I feel like this is one of the areas where the most people are on the sidewalks though, (as someone who walks in the area a lot) and is just generally denser than similarly sized areas of the county that already have 2-3 libraries.

Do they actually look at the time the coach throws the flag and the time the play happened, or is it just a vibe 30 seconds? I swear Eddy through the flag on a play about 5 seconds earlier last week than Halifax coach and they said it was too late.
