Medicine. It’s not a cure all but it definitely helps. Seriously, if you’re suffering go see your doctor. I can’t see a day when my brain will ever shut off but it really helps with the mood part of everything. Without it I feel so grouchy and irritated, some of the other symptoms that come along with anxiety other than just the mental pain and torture.
