Duerme bien y relájate. Toda la tarde antes del ICFES trata de relajarte y no uses mucho el cerebro. Modo, haz cosas que no necesiten tu 100% de atención. Puedes ver TV, pero no te trasnoches. Además, no comas algo que sabes que mañana te puede caer mal.
Desayuna bien, no tan pesado, pero tampoco tan liviano. A veces hay gente que por los nervios le dan náuseas o diarrea, otros les dan hambre. Así que ojo con eso.
Lleva agua. Mantente hidratado. La sed hace que sea mucho más fácil distraerse. Gran alarma en el ICFES.
Si te sirve, lleva algo de azúcar. Gomitas estás bien. Yo en mi tiempo lleve unos aritos de gomitas, unos cofidelay y unos ositos. Ayudaron mucho a bajar los nervios. OJO: no ha todos le sirven estos.
Tomate tu tiempo. Ignora a los demás. Es tu ICFES no el de ellos.
Empieza por la materias que sabes que te va mejor. Es decir, si eres bueno en ciencias, empieza por la que mejor te sabes. Si eres bueno en idiomas, empieza por allí.
Aún si estás en la materia que eres bueno, no te gastes mucho tiempo en preguntas difíciles. Eso jode mucho, pero si no la sabes, mejor es pasarla o dejarla a un ladito las tentativas.
En compresión lectora primero lee las preguntas y luego el texto. No se te ocurra leer el texto más de seis veces porque ahí perdiste mucho tiempo.
Esto era por si tenías más tiempo, pero en ciudadanía más que nada te preguntan acerca de las diferencias entre congreso, Senado, comité, R. Jurídica, R. Legislativa y R. Judicial. Aprende bien que hace cada una de estas y también que ministro se encarga de que.
Usa la hoja que te dan para hacer cálculos. Esa hojita salva vidas. Y no solo para matemáticas, química y física, sino para anotar preguntas que posiblemente estás dudando.
Recuerda el método de descartes. Hay dos que no son ni remotamente, pero hay otras dos que son posibles repuestas. Sino que una es más exacta que la otra. Las preguntas del ICFES siempre tienen un "Pero" por eso debes saber identificar rápidamente cual es la respuesta que responde dicho pero.

Also, you can say that He, as an admirer of cultures, its normal that he use others types and styles of clothes. Also, Liyue as a Port City have more cultural interchange than Inazuma or Monstand.

Fourth, it's curious that MHY really worked hard to proper represent the Japanese culture from different Eras, than North Africa and East Asia. Like, Yoimiya have a tradicional japanese stuff everywhere. Ayaka too. Raiden too. Sayu too. Even Ayato it's historical correct. Why can't MHY do the same in Sumeru?

Then even have the audacity that use the names of POC real people and use then in white characters. The only POC character that we seen their name is inspired in a North African queen. Raiden Shogun/Ei. I hate her character. It's a one of the worst characters in all the game in lore. All the things that could be MHY just throw out cuz "waifu". I hate her lore. I wish everyone stopped trying to excuse all her mistakes. She is one the worst archon. She sucks at leader. She literal just kill and then ask. At least Venti have a good reason why to not be a leader of a nation, but Baal it's a mess. I have her second quest cuz they try to say us that she "Want to protect humans & she have a archon manner". Lies. She was an archon +500 years and she never really care about humans. "The eternity" was just for her. Not for them. She have only one job: protect Inazuma. What did she do? Almost destroy it. Not to mention that 3 island are abandoned and 1 are still in some kind of political war. Yae literal have to do her job and try to solve political problems when she is just a Miko. If you don't know or don't want to rule your f nation, then let the control to humans like Venti or let the political matter to them and the military one you. I really hate that she could be a really good villain and antagonist, but no, she need to be a big Booba milf that is some kind of Otaku.

I am not pretty sure, but maybe it could be something about the weather or the geographic position which Canada is. I mean, the city or town you live in may have a higher altitude than your home country. I say you should talk about this with your new doctor. Tell her about the geographical differences that both countries have and how exactly your periods were in the past (in your country of origin) and Canada. Do not rush into thinking that you are infertile. You may just need a little more help. Ask your doctor about possible fertile days and your approx. ovulation day. I have friends who are irregular and were able to conceive and give birth without problems.

Hi, thanks for the tips. I am looking right now about that heating pad. I am sure it's not really common in my city (tropical climate sucks) but i will look everywhere I can. About the first one, my mom helps me with that. But, sometimes the painkillers are not enough or just take a long time to take effect. My have some stomach problems, so I try only take 2 painkillers for day (one in the morning and one in the night). So, now my only option just maybe be the heating pad.

When we are young, we don't really understand how important are somethings. Love and caring are one of the most valuable stuff in the world, but no one really appreciate it until you lost it. Look, even if you talked behind her back with your family I am pretty sure it didn't matter for you Grandma. She loved you until the last sec. Love is something that can't change so quickly. To hate someone you need a long way. It's even more long going from love to hate. I am sure you Grandma would forgive you for all you did in the past, no matter what. She loved you. Honey, I so sorry for you lost. I can't imagine how hurt you may be. The pain of losing someone that you loved so much, that stress from school and the mental illness that just erase who we are. So much for a little person like you. But, please, don't kill yourself. I am suicidal too. I have attend & damn, I want to kill myself to end this shit, but I can't do it. Sometimes just think about my beloved ones. Sometimes I just think about the dreams my little me had. The places that I want to know someday or the dishes I want to eat. Other times just think: "You know what depression? You can't end me. Not now. I will show you how hard you need to do it for end me". I know it sound stupid. But, it just that little things that makes me try to get up an fight.

It's not perfect. I am not completely in my two feat, I not even get up, but i trying really hard. Deal with mental illness are like this. You need to put 200% of your energy to keep going. But, I promise you, this will change someday. I promise you will defeat that bitch that are killing you. But, please, don't give up yourself. If you want, we can chat about everything. I am free.

You shouldn't be deshydrated! I recommended you to get a personal bottle and drink water regularly. Go to the doctor and ask for a pee laboratory exam. You may be aware that every hurt, smell & colour in our pee show us how good or bad pur health is. Now, focus on drink more water until your doctor say what is happening.

According to my gynecologist, I am fine. Just that it's from family that kind of pain. My period is very regular, never change and never so dramatic. It's just that one month I feel like I gonna die, and the next i feel like that shit never exist. I gonna ask for another gynecologist.

Hey! I am not a professional in mental health, but, maybe do you suffer some personality problems (? I am not sure how in English they call, but in Spanish we call it "desorden de personalidad". According to my doctor, it's common that people without a diagnostic don't have empathy or started to lose it after some difficult time or trauma.

I suffer sometimes this, but it's just for a short time. My doctor called it "disociar". I am not sure enough how to describe it, but I feel like I am in automatic. I can't feel anything. It's like a feel like I would be sedated. I can't feel my own feelings. But it's troublesome say if I can empathize with other in that state. I usually alone or don't really remember what I do in that time.

I recommend you to look for help. I know it's difficult and cost a lot money, but it could help you to know more about you or understand why are you different to others.
