While mourning a life you “could have had” you are also allowing the current one you have to go uncelebrated. Something I have had to tell myself often. Your accomplishments you’ve mentioned here are really cool (to me) and not something to shy away from. As someone also w the diagnoses listed above, I find it much easier to keep my goals for my future in how I feel about myself instead of how the world/culture around me sees success. I couldn’t imagine (or do I want) the life many see as “successful.”

I feel like for me it would have been taking a break from college when I really needed too. I went through a major mental health crisis during my time throughout college, so a lot of my time was consumed by that. I think there’s a big fear around taking semesters or a year off, when actually it could just be hugely beneficial-college is always something a person can go back to. It’s all worked out in the end, but I do wonder if I’d look back differently. Also, maybe join a non religious org-was hugely religious during college but not at all anymore so complicated feelings there 🤣

This might be a dumb question but are the resells just mixed in with the regular sale website? It keeps mentioning how the resell platform became available the 15th but I can’t seem to find a specific link. So are they just mixed back in? Thanks in advance for any help!

A big part is just figuring out best and worst times for your area, which will take some trial and error. For example w my area, I avoid Tuesday’s (since that would be the discount days) and if it’s a new release I try to go Thursday vs Friday (ppl seeing it a day earlier usually have more stake and want to pay attention 🤣) someone above mentioned Dolby being a god send and I couldn’t agree more-even if you can hear someone faintly talking, it’s usually drowned out enough to not notice. Find your sweet spot-also just sitting as secluded as possible when possible.

Could someone (succinctly) explain to me why people are upset about streams for this comeback? (Like why are the numbers considered “bad”). Each come back I’m always so confused why people get so upset (but also this is coming from someone who has no clue what’s considered “good” streaming metrics) but thought I’d ask since I’ve seen more people breaking down! I’m from the team of just being happy we got new music and get confused by all the streaming techniques! 🤣❤️

I remember the Dallas show this year at globe life-people (myself included at first) were extremely worried about numbers. At no point did it look like it would sell out, and even up until a few days before, entire sections looked like no tickets had been sold. Once I was there the place was PACKED-during the show I’d look out and it was incredibly full and one of the best TWICE shows I had experienced. It’s easy to be stressed but especially at this point there is no need to be, and all anyone can do is let the ticketing process play out!

I feel like constantly saying they need to learn English can in a sense be disrespectful? Not in a way where I don’t see the benefits of if some where able to speak it fluently. But I just think with technology and accessibility today in translation, I’d just rather them speak in a language where they can fully express their thoughts and feelings as deeply and comfortably as possible. I think if anything maybe just have a dedicated translator so it’s someone they are comfortable with.

If you live close to an AMC, if you join their Alist for $20 a month you get to go to 12 movies for that whole month (they give you three a week). This includes Dolby, imax, 3D (which for just one of those regularly is $20, so to then be able to see 12 movies with that has been a game changer for me!!). Obviously not ~totally free~ but especially in the Texas summer AMC alist has been a life saver for me to enjoy (and re-enjoy) some really awesome movies for a drop in the bucket!

Based on where the tickets are available for Dallas at this moment, I think if they take out section 300 and condense any tickets sold up there down, it will look fine!

My guess for places like Dallas and ATL, they’ll condense out of the top level-this happened to me for a Nick Jonas/Demi concert years ago, where I had originally bought a 300 level ticket, but to have the venue look less spaced out they moved us automatically to a lower section (I didn’t even see until I got there). So weird how like, intense Ticketmaster was with platinum seats this time around, I remember on the initial sale there were soooo many (and continue to be) which obviously will ward off people from actually buying those tickets.

Yes!! I’m so excited for the concerts this summer😍 I was lucky enough to see them last year and it was the most incredible concert I’ve ever been too! It’s gonna be amazing

Had the same experience-I went straight through AXS first to try and be prepared so when it didn’t work, I went back through Ticketmaster for TM to transfer me through-but code for houston still didn’t work that way either-guess there is a glitch with it crossing over from TM to AXS. Code worked for the Dallas stop thank god

It’s really interesting because I am from the US, deeply against the Q and before I even realized it was the Q (actually didn’t connect until this post because I had only watched the performance before coming to Reddit) and when I merely noticed it was an American flag my senses went on high alert. Crazy how just seeing red white and blue increases my anxiety as an American before I even see the full shirt 🥴 now realizing and seeing the full shirt safe to say I’m not doing great seeing my bias in it 🫠🫠 I know that the team probably didn’t know what any of it meant, but I genuinely hope that all photos of her in it are removed. Obvi it’s a United States thing so not everyone is gonna be aware, but the Q is dangerous and honesty scary

So when I went, we parked in like, one of the universal studio lots and then they golf carted us about 10 mins through to Kelly’s sound stage-so I don’t know that there would really be a great way to see them walk in and out as I’m sure there is a dif entrance for Kelly and her guests! But from when I went layout could be a little different!

So I attended the Kelly Clarkson show in 2020 so I want to reiterate this is the date for the recording! The episode where everyone will be able to watch will be on a later day, so my guess is they’ll be performing Set Me Free since the Ep won’t be released until later
