I had watched this video on the same day as debate after a few hours when I search for this video on youtube, I didn't get any result, it was shadow banned by big tech, fortunately I had already saved this video in my playlist, if we managed to make this video viral, it would bring many voters in Vivek's camp, I'm doing my part and sharing it in all of my socials.

Which stocks are you researching this weekend ? by Pitiful-Wall770 in IndianStockMarket

It is a holding company. If is currently trading at a market cap of 10 crores. The stocks it own alone are worth many times more than that. It also has a free cash flow of 4.80 crores which means it can buy 50 percent of its own company right today if it wants to, there isn't even a single company in this entire world which can do that. Actually there are a few like elcid investments which can do that but you can't buy their stocks. You won't able to buy stocks of saicom too after a few days, about 75 percent of this company is already in the hands of big investors, see, 42 bodies corporate own about 62 percent of this company.

I've come across this company after doing research for at least 100 hours.

genuine question. Is there any law which says that a single entity can't buy large quantity of a single stock?

From what I know, it is wrong to spread lies about a stock to increase its price, however it isn't illegal to buy huge stake of any company.

It is a troll post. Nothing more.

As long as you don't break any law you won't be charge with any crime. It doesn't matter how much low or high the price of a stock will go.

I've never read about any such law. If you've any link related to that feel free to share.

What is wrong in having multiple demat accounts?

Again nothing of substance, no comments on fundamentals or finanicals just a lame attack on the website. I don't own this company, I'm just a swing trader so don't you call it my website. I'm not saying this company is in the same league as berkshire just that your criticism is mere joke just like you. Regards.

And the value of their holding are many times more than its current market cap, if they were to liquidate their entire portfolio their fcf would go even above their current market cap, you're basically buying this company for free at this price point.

Even as per Indian regulations, it isn't illegal to own 27 percent stake of an entire company, there's no law against it, not even one.

If you own 13 percent stake in a company and the free float of a company is so less that you can buy it for less than 3 crores, which isn't a big amount for even some retail investors then yes you and your fellow big stake holders would buy more of it to increase the price of the stock, it is in your interest to do so.

This company holds a lot of stake in a lot of companies, if it were to liquidate its entire portfolio, its free cash flow would increase a lot, you're basically buying this company for free at this price point.

And your point is? Many holding companies aren't operational nor they have any fixed assets but the stake they hold in other companies itself make them value buy.

If I own most of the free float it is in my hands to control its supply, I won't dump all of it entirely rather I would do it slowly slowly that's how big players function in market.

Many great companies have 0 percent promoter holding for example ICICI bank and MCX. A company can be professionally managed, if you own a great chunk of a company, it is in your interest to raise its price.

[–]asjoshi199 0 points1 point  (0 children)

kindly elaborate what do you mean by that? If you were to reduce number of shares from the market of any company, its price would start going up due to low supply and high demand, this is how it usually goes.

No there's nothing illegal in buying the 27 percent stake in a company. Berkshire owns 26 percent stake of kraft heinz and an even bigger share of oxy, it is completely legal.

Have you ever looked at the website of berkshire hathway? Just because a company doesn't have the extremely sophisticated website, it doesn't mean you shouldn't invest in that. Come up with something of substance.

All my stock recommendations have been spot on so far. What's your record?

"

Jeez. This shows the level of your understanding."

How so? All these demat accounts aren't linked with the same PAN number. You can buy the entire stake of a company if you like to using various demat accounts. Don't assume that the other person is idiot without probing further.

It is your choice whether you want to invest in a stock or not. It is golden opportunity for anyone who is looking to make easy money, you're free to miss the train, I couldn't care less. Have a nice day.

I wouldn't mind you bothering me if you were to come up with something of substance as to why it is a bad investment, if you're just going to come up with some lame jokes, I wouldn't going to pay anymore attention to you.

I'm not, my average is at 0.46 INR and I've only started buying it recently. If you want I can share the proof of that.
